Sec 5.2(1)(c) of the ID screening regs of Aeronautics Act: “An air carrier shall not transport a passenger if the passenger does not appear to be of the gender indicated on the identification he or she presents.”

Conservative government (including -and mostly just- Harper) need to suck my big, hairy, plastic balls. This is outrageous. At least pass a by-law or something saying that if the person DOESN’T visually match the identification, some official document produced by the physician can validate WHY they don’t visually match up.
