I’m a 21-year-old art student. Don’t think that just because I go to an art institution that I’m snobby or one of those Art Kid stereotypes. I’m actually a lot more than that, but that’s just what’s going on now.
I love fashion. It’s my lifeblood. My muse. My brain centre. My favourite designers are Alexander McQueen and Karl Lagerfeld.
I’m also a huge nerd. I love comics, old movies and anime. I also love to read. When I was a kid I was so socially awkward, so I opted to spend my time in the library I’m Hermione holy fuck instead of going through the humiliating effort of making friends. Now I work at the library at NSCAD and it’s my favourite job I’ve ever had.
My favourite actress is Marilyn Monroe, and I’ve seen quite a few of her movies.
My favourite colour is red, and a lot of people don’t know why. When I was younger I was very insecure and very into psychology. One day I came across a reading that said those who wear red are more likely to be confidant people, so now I try to wear a little red every day.
